We are currently recruiting for a Future Member Support Executive to join our Education team on a permanent basis. This is a UK-based role.

The Future Member Support Executive is responsible for creating and delivering effective progression plans to address specific market needs and support member growth.  The role also assists the BD team in provide high impact interventions to support future members as part of the employer, FE college and university engagement approach. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and deliver effective progression plans that tackle underlying causes of dormancy and identify any artificial barriers that require broader organisation support
  • Support the BD team deliver progression and conversion activities, such as apprenticeship inductions, PER clinics, exam briefings for trainees at employers and via ALPs
  • Support the BD team engage employers and partners in changes to the qualification and exam delivery
  • Work with key ACCA donor markets to manage and coordinate any cross-market programmes to engage and support international student communities studying accountancy in the UK at target universities
  • Drawing on central resources, assist BDMs in creating and delivering employability programmes to enhance relationships with colleges, universities and employers
  • Support the Membership team create and/or enable future member communities that showcase the benefits and long-term value of becoming a member
  • Collaborate across the UK team and lead on the coordination of UK ACCA Scholarships, Internship or work experience programmes and monitor their impact and sustainability
  • Working with the Marketing, Early Careers and BD team to recognise UK prize-winners celebrating individual achievement and to build confidence amongst students and employers in the ACCA.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

 

  • Experience of student or customer engagement
  • Experience of working in the FE or HE sector is desirable
  • Experience of using digital platforms to deliver engaging sessions and presentations
  • Knowledge of the FE or HE sector in the UK is desirable
  • Highly organised and can manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to influence and relate to people from different backgrounds
  • Understands how to create support programmes that are inclusive
  • Ability to analyse data to build targeted solutions.
