This role will be responsible for the delivery of ACCA's employer strategy in the UK. Working within the Service Improvement team, the Exemptions Quality Analyst is responsible for the assessment of Exemptions applications by advisors and administrators within the Service Delivery department. In addition the qualitative assessment, then Exemptions Quality Analyst will provide coaching, feedback and training on Exemptions, with the aim of maximising the accuracy of awarding and protecting ACCA's regulatory compliance. Working within Customer Services, the Exemptions Specialist is responsible for supporting advisors and administrators to accurately award exemptions.
