Lead Planning & Performance Analyst Glasgow
The Lead Planning and Performance Analyst will be responsible for developing data reports, MI and customer analytics on behalf of the Finance and Operations directorate and wider ACCA. The role will be responsible for supporting the section in its work with the crucial exam results process to which its input is both significant and critical. In addition to undertaking technical processes and procedures, this role will be responsible for forward planning the workload of the team and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are identified and actioned. The Lead Planning and Performance Analyst will focus on enhancing the value added aspects of the team’s role within the process group structure.
Office Manager Kazakhstan
The Office Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the ACCA Kazakhstan Branch Office. The role will provide key support to the Head of Kazakhstan and managing the day-to-day business support activities.
Senior Examinations Administrator - CBE (Secondment until March 2015) Glasgow
The CBE team work within the Exams Delivery Department, part of the Service Delivery Directorate, and are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the examinations offered by the computer based method. Working in a team of seven, the Senior CBE Administrator is required to provide leading support to the CBE Delivery Team by assisting with the maintenance and on-going development of ACCA’s Computer Based Examinations (CBE) delivery system to the network of over 500 licensed centres. This role contributes to the strategic outcome of cost effective delivery of qualifications and the imperative of operating a more efficient and effective organisation.
