Office Manager, Nigeria Lagos
The Office Manager will be responsible for providing and facilitating business support to the Nigeria market for offices based in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. The activities included relate to office management which includes facilities and estates matters, IT, finance, compliance, procurement and contract management, risk management, business continuity, health and safety, and HR Administrative duties. The Office Manager will be responsible to ensure smooth operation of the day-to-day business support functions in the national office, allowing market heads to focus on key market activities.

This person will be responsible and accountable for driving and leading forward this strategic and visionary programme of work through effective and robust reporting and communication. The Business Engagement Lead will engage with ET, and Council oversight boards, must be able to confidently engage and influence these senior level bodies to ensure governance and understanding of this strategic and high profile programme. The Business Engagement Lead will be responsible for the management of the programme’s Business Case, the key communication tool used to update the Executive Team and Council. To do this, they will need a deep understanding of the vision, objectives, roadmap and end users of this strategic change programme, and will support the programme director in the management, maintenance and delivery of programme updates to feed into the Business Case.
