We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Communications Executive - Social Media to join our busy central marketing team.  This is a permanent role based in our London office.

 

The job

On a day to day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:

  • Developing the monthly rolling content calendar and assets with support from the agency
  • Supporting the Social Media Manager in the development of paid campaigns to drive global engagement, recruitment and retention of our student and member base. This includes responsibility for initial planning and message crafting, through to managing the production of content
  • Managing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn; familiarity with Twitter and YouTube advertising a plus
  • Owning the reporting of our organic and paid social media performance across our channels; undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
  • Developing social media listening reports to schedule for stakeholders using the Crimson Hexagon tool
  • Supporting local marketing teams on social media best practice from paid social, through to reporting and adherence to social brand guidelines

 

The person

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven social media experience managing both organic and paid activity, including Facebook and LinkedIn ad manager - essential, with international exposure - desirable
  • Has proven experience of Adobe suite, particularly PhotoShop – desirable
  • Has a creative yet numerical mind 
  • Has the ability to manage projects, organise and prioritise
  • Has excellent verbal and written skills supported with cultural awareness of working across international markets
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
  • Is educated to degree level or equivalent
