We wish to recruit Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join us at our new offices at Queen St in Glasgow City Centre. We have a number of permanent and fixed term contract opportunities on dayshift, backshift and nightshift rotas. Start date for this role is the 7th of May 2018. Initially training will last for 4 weeks on a 9-5 Monday to Friday and then a further 4 weeks of Grad Bay which is also 9-5 Monday to Friday. After this you will move onto your rota

What the role involves  

  • Actively listening to and understanding the customers' needs
  • Ensuring the highest quality of service is provided at all times, with strict adherence to agreed service levels
  • Being an ambassador for ACCA, treating all customers with respect at all times
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of current processes and procedures

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to apply knowledge and sound judgement
  • A positive attitude, encouraging and supporting others
