We’re currently looking for a PA for our Sales and Marketing Director. This is a full time, permanent position, based at our headquarters at The Adelphi, London. The role will involve supporting our Director and the team in a wide variety of administrative tasks, with the opportunity to be involved in aspects of sales and marketing.

The Job

On a day to day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:

  • Supporting the Director with email and diary management, including prioritising and managing schedule, arranging meetings, and responding on behalf of Director when necessary
  • Daily use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel to produce a variety of materials for the Director and wider team
  • Managing all travel commitments for Director both domestically and internationally, by arranging flights, accommodation and visa requirements, and producing comprehensive travel itineraries
  • Using excellent written skills to create, proof and prepare documents for meetings, reports and ad hoc communications
  • Arranging international conferences, meetings, workshops, and sales and marketing events
  • Managing all multi-currency expenses in line with the travel and expense policy, and wider team budget
  • Managing holiday requests to ensure appropriate team cover, while factoring in the marketing calendar and customer base
  • Managing the Sales & Marketing budget, including tracking and updating expenditure, forecasts and remaining balances
  • Collating campaign and team activity to produce the monthly report for the Leadership Team and key stakeholders, as well as creation of the monthly newsletter

The Person

Ideally we’re looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience in a senior level PA role
  • Fully PC literate, with fast and accurate keyboard skills, with intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to handle large volumes of work in a busy and dynamic environment
  • A high level of discretion, diplomacy and judgement to handle confidential and sensitive material
  • Possesses a professional and confident telephone manner, and excellent communication skills, both oral and written with a high level of literacy
  • Demonstrates and maintains a positive attitude for work and encourages others to do the same
  • Exposure to a large, global environment would be desirable
