We’re currently looking for a Head of ACCA Careers. This is a full time, permanent position, based at our headquarters at the Adelphi, London. The post holder will be fully responsible for the management and promotion of our jobs board – ACCA Careers. This will involve developing its proposition across all sales channels (global accounts including the Big 4, global recruitment agencies, and global employers such as Shell and GE) as well as through job aggregators.

The Job

On a day to day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:

  • Ensure ACCA Careers jobs board products, services, brand positioning and commercial partnerships are best in breed
  • Develop promotional activities to generate strong awareness and maximise usage within the stakeholder groups, as well as creating strong campaigns to drive the employer segments and thus create a strong eco system
  • Ensure the jobs board delivers the usability and functionality which will underpin the success of commercial opportunities in terms of traffic, applications, analytics and new client business
  • Effectively manage the contact for the current job site developer (Madgex), including regular site performance reviews and input to supplier’s roadmap
  • Use market research, customer and competitor insight, user feedback and analytics in order to optimise site performance and ensure that decisions are based on strong data
  • Work with internal stakeholders to translate our business strategy into a product strategy and detailed development roadmaps
  • Function as the interface between commercial, marketing, development and design teams to successfully design, build and deploy new products or product enhancements
  • Project manage new website implementations, features and migrations
  • Manage technical costs for recruitment platforms against agreed budgets
  • Contribute to business plans, strategy and budget process

The Person

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with the following:

  • Extensive jobs board experience at a senior level (international exposure is advantageous)
  • Thorough understanding and proven sales experience negotiating with international digital media aggregators and media brokers
  • Proven ability to leverage revenues through key partners, aggregators and digital delivery
  • Strong negotiator with board-level sales experience with contract values exceeding £500k
  • Exceptional SEO and SEM digital buying and planning skills
  • Experience in international online advertising and marketing
