We’re currently looking for an HR Administrator to join us on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. This role is based within the HR Delivery team at our Glasgow Queen St office.

The Job

On a day to day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:

  • Providing an effective and efficient HR support service for the wider HR delivery team and +1400 employees based in +55 countries
  • Acting as the first line contact for all Global HR operational matters
  • Providing advice and guidance for general HR enquiries, and escalating to specialist teams when required
  • Providing a high level of administration support against defined procedures, and using initiative to resolve complex matters
  • Working with autonomy to manage workload to deliver on business needs and SLAs
  • Manipulating complex data and reporting on Excel to provide regular and ad-hoc HR management information
  • Supporting and participating in project work and initiatives


The Person

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrate a strong background in administration
  • Work within a past paced environment and manage their workload effectively
  • Confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and take a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Use Excel to analyse and report on HR data
